Kaatza marina located at the waters edge of North Shore Estates.
Kaatza Marina can be found in the North East corner of Cowichan Lake near the headwaters of the Cowichan River and is an integral piece of Ts’uubaa-asatx’s sought after residential development, North Shore Estates. Located only a 10min walk to Town, it is the perfect spot to make your boat at home in the brand new 110 slip facility.
Cowichan is the second largest lake on Vancouver Island at 32kms in length, boasting over 150km of shoreline, beaches and Islands waiting to be explored. With pristine waters fed by the surrounding mountains and home to abundant trophy Rainbow and Cutthroat trout along with Dolly Varden and seasonal Chinook, Coho and Sockeye salmon, the lake is a year round freshwater fishing mecca.
The sheer size of Cowichan Lake is a draw to the summer watersports crowd, whether skiing, wakeboarding, surfing or tubing, you’re sure to find an untouched pocket of water to enjoy!
Kaatza marina offers protected year round or seasonal moorage for boats up to 24ft in length. The marina is fully secured for the 2024 season with FOB accessed gates and washrooms coupled with 24hr remote surveillance.
